About Us

Shari Hembree is the President of Quantum Search Group based in Delray Beach, Florida. Ms. Hembree brings over 20 years of executive search experience to her clients, focusing on senior level executive positions spanning a variety of industries. Her industry experience includes successfully placing within the fields of Technology, Consumer/Retail Products, Financial Services/Banking, Energy, Not-for-Profit, Higher Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, Agriculture and Healthcare. Functional areas of expertise include Presidents, SVPs, COOs, CFOs, VPs and directors of finance, sales and marketing, engineering, human resources, IT and procurement.

Prior to forming her own search-consulting firm, Ms. Hembree spent five years with Dell Technologies, a Fortune 50 company, where she led the executive recruitment activities for two of Dell’s large business units. Positions she successfully placed included SVP, VP, and director level positions in engineering, procurement, and sales and marketing.

Ms. Hembree managed a budget of $1.5 M per year and worked on both U.S. and international positions based in India, Taiwan, Singapore, and Shanghai. Prior to joining Dell Technologies, she spent five years at Spencer Stuart, a worldwide executive search firm.

Ms. Hembree received her Bachelor’s degree in management, cum laude, from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. Additionally, she completed the executive management program at Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Ms. Hembree has served on the board of directors of the Palm Beach Sailing Club and the Board of Trustees of the Gulfstream Goodwill Foundation, and has been an active member of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, The Business Development Board of Palm Beach, and Big Brothers-Big Sisters.
